1. What you can't upload

You may not upload any of the following:

• Illegal content of any kind
• CSAM, child sexual abuse material
• Malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Copyrighted images you don't own or have permission to share
• Content that depicts or promotes violence, hate, or harassment
• NSFW or 18+ content

We will report illegal content to the proper authorities and ban you permanently.

2. No warranty

Noodly is provided AS-IS. We make no warranties of any kind. We are not liable for server downtime, lost images, or any damages that come from using the service.

3. You indemnify us

If your uploads cause legal issues, you agree to indemnify and hold Noodly harmless from any claims, damages, or costs.

4. Metadata

All EXIF metadata, including GPS, is automatically deleted upon upload. We don't keep it.

5. Our rights

We reserve the right to delete any image or ban any IP address at any time, for any reason, without notice.

6. Accounts

You must be 13 or older to use Noodly. If we find out you're under 13, we ban that email permanently.
